It started working on 24 hours basis on 1st October, 2007. When a loved one is struck with a cardiac emergency, rest assured that Tahir Heart Institute will be there for you. The cardiac ER/Chest Pain Center hosts an excellent response team with;
- 24 hour Ambulance service/ Paramedics
- 7 bedded ER/Chest Pain Center Unit including 1 critical bay
- A cardiac arrest team of highly trained professionals are available round the clock
- Helipad facility
